Hopefully now you can see that we don't value people based on their body shape, size or weight. Value is based off their personality, their ambitions, their kind nature, their wit and so on. As women, we place a high value on body image as we are conditioned to believe that this is what’s most important. Your appearance should be the least interesting thing about you, so I now want you to reflect on what makes you great and do not hold back! It's also in our nature not to recognise our abilities and to put ourselves down - so get comfortable with being uncomfortable and write down all the things that make you different, special, great and an all round valued member to the human race:

If you rated anywhere below 4, I want you to complete a task. Go onto social media and unfollow or mute at LEAST 3 accounts that influence you in feeling that way. We all know that social media is filtered, photoshopped & selective as people only show the best bits of their day, so if their false reality is making you feel bad about your body or even your life, you are not obliged to follow them. Write down the three accounts that you will be unfollowing (I'm not here to judge):

One of my favourite quotes for authenticity is 'Why fit in when you were born to stand out' by Dr. Seuss. I think it really helps to reinforce that you are different and that's what makes you special. Whether you believe it or not, whether you find this cringe-worthy or not, you have a particular combination of features and characteristics that nobody else has - own it and see the value in yourself. Please let me know your thoughts and how you feel having completed this exercise:
