    ·          Standard espresso pouring time 26 seconds

     .         Espresso temp is 80ºC – 85 ºC

    SEP REQUIREMENT

  • ·          Cups are heated before use

    ·          Shelf life product

    ·          Frothing milk temp 65ºC –70 ºC. (Use thermometer)

    ·          Steam wand is flushed and cleaned immediately after use

    ·          FIFO to practice.

    ·          Barista Knowledge/SEP ON COFFEE Requirement

    ·          Discard excess milk after frothing.
