Shared Learning Project

Survey Information:

This survey is designed to help provide information for a book project that compiles together people's learnings, stories and helpful resources for readers to improve themselves, their relationships, work or community. The book will utilise people's own learnings/resources they have successfully applied to their own life and couple it with their own stories of how they did it.

All your answers to the questions below are de-identified and anonymous. They will be collated together no names or identifiable information attached to them. All questions are optional, if don't want to answer any of the questions just click next to move on to the next one, and it should take 10mins.
