Our pre-k program is for potty-trained 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds. Your child must be 3 or older by June 1, 2020. Our program is designed to prepare your child for Kindergarten through activities that advance exploration, social-emotional learning, cognitive development, creative expression, gross and fine motor skills, early reading and writing skills, and imaginative play in a structured daily routine.

Using a positive learning environment with a focus on children’s individual skills and interests, our program features a state-of-the-art Pre-k Curriculum called D.I.G. (Develop, Inspire, Grow) by Abrams Learning. Our class schedule includes time for small group learning during circle times, play-based learning centers to practice and learn new skills, indoor and outdoor active play to develop gross and fine motor skills, and rest time for relaxing and resting. Our play-based learning centers give children the opportunity to rotate through different interest centers such as art center, dramatic play, exploration, math and writing, and construction centers.

We serve a healthy snack each morning and afternoon, and children will enjoy a lunch brought from home with their classmates. Children also bring a rest time blanket and a cot cover from home to use during rest time.

• Partial Day Hours are from 7:30am-2:30pm
  • $615/month for 5 days Monday through Friday
  • $400/month for 3 days Monday-Wednesday-Friday
  • $300/month for 2 days Tuesday-Thursday
• Full Day Hours are from 7:30am-6:00pm
  • $850/month for 5 days Monday though Friday
  • $550/month for 3 days Monday-Wednesday-Friday
  • $400/month for 2 days Tuesday-Thursday
• All tuition is billed at a set monthly rate based on child's schedule and hours
• Registration fee: $75 one-time fee
• Supply fee: $75 due at the start of each semester
• All fees are due upon enrollment to hold your child's spot in the program; Fees are non-refundable if you cancel your child's enrollment
• There is a Late Pick-up Fee of $10 for every 15 minutes child remains past scheduled time starting at 2:31pm or 6:01pm
• Our program will be closed for the following breaks: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week, Winter Break (2 weeks), Spring Break Week
• Monthly tuition is not adjusted due to school closures, including inclement weather days
• Tuition is always paid in advance of child care services and must be set up through our auto-pay system using a checking account, debit card, or credit card
  • Billing is posted on the 1st of each month and processed on the 3rd. If a payment is returned and unpaid by the 5th of the month, your account will be charged a $25 late payment fee. Your child’s enrollment may be terminated at the Director’s discretion if tuition remains unpaid beyond the 10th of the month.

Due to COVID-19, we have enacted several new policies to limit exposure at our center. Please see the most up-to-date handout on current COVID-19 safety procedures being followed at our center. Some of our policies pertain to enrollment requirements. Please read through each of these items carefully so that you understand what is required for enrollment.

• Families are required to commit to a semester of enrollment to limit enrollment turnover and the overall number of families entering the center throughout the year. Families are required to pay for a full semester of child care. The last day of the Fall semester is January 1, 2021. The last day of the Spring semester is May 28, 2021.
• If you unenroll your child before the end of the semester, you will be billed for the remainder of the semester. Certain circumstances may void this commitment, including but not limited to relocation or job loss. A Director must approve any circumstance that would terminate the semester commitment (proof of the circumstance will be requested), and a two-week notice will still be required.
• Due to COVID-19 and the possibility of a forced closure, families will be required to pay for up to four weeks of tuition in the event that ADH or DHS recommends a closure period. We will do everything within our power to limit exposure to COVID-19 at the center, however, we must follow state guidelines to ensure the safety of our families and the community. The tuition we receive during any closure period will go toward paying our staff so that we can maintain our employees and programming beyond the period of closure.

Children at iNFiNiTi Pre-K will be treated with care and respect. Positive redirection and guidance will be appropriate methods of discipline.  No child will be hit, spanked, belittled, or otherwise hurt or intimidated. No physical punishment will be used. Incident reports will be filled out to inform the parent of any behavioral problems or incidents. If the unfavorable behavior continues, a behavior action plan can be made with the parents and Directors. No child will ever be punished for toileting accidents. However, it is required that all children enrolled in our Pre-K Program have been potty trained for a reasonable amount of time before starting our programs. If a child is not potty trained, they will not be allowed to continue at the program.

General Behavioral Expectations

1. To be kind and respectful to others, oneself, and iNFiNiTi Child Care property.
2. No hitting, biting, punching, throwing, pushing, pinching, hair pulling, or otherwise hurting themselves or others.
3. No name calling, teasing, or belittling of other children or other families.
4. No intentionally breaking anything, hitting, or punching walls.
5. No running, wrestling, or climbing inside unless in designated areas.
6. Children may not pick up other children.
7. No leaving the center or playground without a teacher or parent. Children will not be allowed to be left alone outside or inside the center without adult supervision, even when the parent is here.
8. All food and drink will remain in designated areas of the center and classrooms. For safety reasons, no gum-chewing is allowed by the children.

The Minimum Requirements for Child Care Centers requires children who attend a licensed child care facility to be up-to-date on their immunizations and for the facility to maintain records of children's immunizations. We can provide a list of required immunizations upon request.

For the following sections, if you do not have anything to report, please write "none." These sections are required to complete enrollment.

I hereby give written permission for the use of sunscreen for this child in accordance with Minimum Licensing Requirements: DCCECE/Child Care Licensing Unit.

I hereby give my written consent and permission for the taking of photographs and/or video of my child at the Child Care Facility or any event/location where they are participating and waive and/or assign any and all rights (including copyright) in such media to Club Infiniti, LLC. Club Infiniti, LLC, as the sole owners of such media, shall have the exclusive right to control and determine the use, display, performance, reproduction and dissemination of any such photographs and/or videos.

I authorize staff at Club Infiniti/Infiniti Child Care to act as an authorized representative on my behalf to sign my child in and out of the facility during the COVID 19 pandemic to limit the potential spread. I declare under the penalty of perjury that this information is true and that my child was provided services at the above location and on the days and times authorized. I understand that I must repay any overpayment resulting from false or incorrect information and that I may be prosecuted for fraud.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, do hereby give my consent to the Director of the Child Care Facility, or his/her duly representative, for this child to receive medical or surgical aid as may be deemed necessary and expedient by a duly licensed or recognized physician or surgeon in case of emergency when the parents cannot be reached. Consent is also given for the Director or his/her duly appointed representative to transport said child for emergency medical treatment, if the parents cannot be reached.

Release/Indemnification: As the parent or legal guardian of this child, I give my consent for my child to participate in the programs, events, and activities at Infiniti Child Care/Club Infiniti, LLC. I understand that it is Infiniti Child Care/Club Infiniti, LLC's expressed intent to provide for the safety and protection of my child. I also recognize the risk to have contact with individuals, who have been exposed to and/or have been diagnosed with one or more communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19 or other medical conditions, diseases, or ailment does exist, and it is impossible to eliminate the risk that I could be exposed to and/or become infected through contact with or close proximity with an individual with a communicable disease or illness.

In consideration for allowing the above named minor to participate in activities at Infiniti Child Care/Club Infiniti, LLC and on field trips, I waive any and all rights or causes of action against Infiniti Child Care/Club Infiniti, LLC or its staff members for any injuries suffered by my child and other damages suffered by the child or myself while under the supervision or control of Infiniti Child Care/Club Infiniti, LLC and its employees. I agree to indemnify Infiniti Child Care/Club Infiniti, LLC for any such Claims brought by me or a third party from any costs associated with defending or litigating such claims, including but not limited to attorney fees, costs and legal expenses.  

Assumption of Risk: I am aware of the risk of severe injury when participating in any sports or physical gym & field trip activities. I am aware of the risk of potential exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. I hereby voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death that may result from participation in program or event activities.

This is a statement of verification that I have been informed that child care licensing/child maltreatment investigators and/or law enforcement may possibly interview my child for the purpose of determining licensing compliance or for investigative purposes. This is in accordance with Minimum Licensing Requirements: DCCECE/Child Care Licensing Unit.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, understand that I may ask for a conference with Child Care Facility staff as needed.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, am aware that my child may be photographed/videotaped as part of a facility video surveillance system. This information will only be used for internal reviewing purposes or for purposes as mandated and required by law.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, am aware that state licensing compliance forms are available for review upon request.

I have read and understand the fee schedule, including policies concerning COVID-19, major holidays, school closures, inclement weather, late pick-ups, and late fees. I agree to pay for all services, including any assessed late fees, provided by Infiniti Child Care/Club Infiniti, LLC.

I acknowledge that I will provide a nutritious lunch for my child each day he/she attends the summer program. Infiniti Pre-k will offer milk on site for children to have with their lunch at no additional charge. USDA guidelines indicate that a nutritious lunch for preschool age children should contain, at minimum, 3/4 cups of milk, 1.5 oz. of meat or meat alternative, two 4 oz. servings of fruit and/or veggies, and 1/2 oz. of bread or bread alternative. As per state licensing requirements, these guidelines must be met or a meal supplement will be provided at an additional charge.
