Important Event Information
Event begins at 5pm on Wednesday the 23rd of September, and ends at approximately 7:30pm. Booth setup begins at 4:00pm. Stands must be completed no later than 4:45pm. If you believe you will need more time than this to set up your stand, please contact the organiser. Exhibitors are responsible for the setup and pack down of their stands.
Exhibiting and pack out:
Businesses are expected to stay and participate through out the entire event, and must not pack up prior to 7:30pm. All stands must be packed up by 8:30pm and Exhibitors need to remove any items they have brought along with them.
The Spitfire on Victoria Restaurant will be open with their dinner menu. Rangiora Promotions will have some nibbles available on the night.
Rangiora Promotions will be providing each attendee a reusable paper bag as they arrive to collect samples, coupons, handouts, etc as they move from stand to stand.

Further information in regards to set up will be sent through to you 2 weeks prior to the Expo.
There is a car park at the Rangiora RSA Club as well as plenty of off street parking nearby.

Entry Fee for attendees:
We will be encourging each attendee to purchase a raffle ticket for $5 when they arrive. The funds collected from the raffle go towards the running costs of the Expo.
You get out what you put in:
You will get out of this event, what you put in. Upon review of the Pop Up Business Expo held in 2017 it was very evident that Exhibitors who 'thought outside the square' and had interactive options were the ones who had the best outcomes. Even those who chose to stand as opposed to sit at their stands, were the ones who had the most foot traffic and interaction with the audience.
Here are some promotional suggestions and ideas for your stand:
Run a free raffle (to gather potential client details and follow up post Expo)
Guess how many jelly beans in the jar
Create a Social Media experience - where you have to post photos and tag your business etc
Have some give aways
Offer an 'Expo Only Special' where you receive a great discount or even something free when they sign up on the spot or within a week of the Expo
