What is an Ambassador? An Ambassador is a person that “adds value and coherence to the meaning and purpose of the organization.”

The Minority White Coat Foundation would like to invite those who work, are in school, or interested in the field of Healthcare to be an Ambassador. We want you to:
- Follow us on our social media platforms (Facebook and IG: @themwcfoundation/Twitter: @mwc_foundation)
- Understand the mission of the Minority White Coat Foundation
- Advocate and educate others about the Minority White Coat Foundation
- Able to recruit other ambassadors on our behalf
- Share our campaigns/fundraisers
- Able to market the foundation on your social media platforms
The Minority White Coat Foundation will:
- Provide community hours for student ambassadors to earn
- Discount on Minority White Coat Foundation apparel/resources
- Discount subscription for tutoring
- Be a reference for good and dependable workers
Research shows that patients are healthier when they have a healthcare provider that looks like them and understand what they are going through. Our mission is increase the number of underrepresented minorities in all of healthcare! This includes the fields of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, public health, biomedical research, physical therapy, occupational therapy, physician assistant, veterinarians, and optometrists.
