Please use this form to inform GSWCF of the disbanding of your troop. Forms will only be accepted from the leader(s) on record for the troop. This form should be filled out within 7 days of disbanding.

Please confirm that you have worked with your Service Unit Accounting Coordinator to either close the troop bank account, or remove the troop signers and transfer any remaining funds to the Service Unit bank account. We understand that some service units may leave a minimum balance in the account to keep it open to reuse for a new troop.
