NOTICE: The information requested in this rental application is to permit the Landlord to make decisions as to the general suitability of each applicant. The information provided by the applicant is being relied upon by the Landlord in determining whether or not to approve the application and enter into a lease agreement. True and complete answers must be provided in response to each inquiry. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Rental History: You must provide current and previous rental/housing details. Additional references may be requested for irregular rental/housing history. Evictions, unpaid rental related debt, or other lease violations or complaints will be considered a basis for rejection.
Employment History: You must provide employment details and should demonstrate consistent employment history. Retired, self-employed or disabled applicants must provide adequate proof of income as indicated below.
Income: You must provide proof of minimal net household income for the type of unit requested. (Net household income is the amount you take home each month).
Background Screening: You must provide information on any past criminal history and consent to a criminal background and credit screening.
Identification: You must provide valid photo identification.
Application Fee: Application will not be processed until application fee is submitted for each adult that will be living in the property.
