  • Who we're looking for:

    We're looking for bright, talented, and dedicated individuals to lead other young businesses through the growth process via our proprietary lab-based approach. If you want to help build and inspire a community of student-led innovation, we're looking for you.

     

    We're all students here, and we understand that experiences vary based on a variety of factors. In reality, we're looking for people who are willing to learn what is necessary to function in their roles. 

  • #TeamElev Structure:

    Development Team:

    The Elev Labs Development team is responsible for the hands-on support that goes to startups through our Labs.

     

    Support Team:

    The Elev Labs Support Team is responsible for everything that deals with other aspects of our operations. This includes the website, outreach, social media, team management, etc.

     

    Additional information: If you are selected for a position, we will discuss options for potential compensation at a later time.

    While we accept applications from anyone who thinks they have something to offer at any time, these are roles that we are actively looking to fill.

    Development Team

    Marketing Lab Leader:

    • Work with other 'Lab Scientists' and our founders to help startups moving through the program stay on track.
    • Advise startups on marketing efforts and assist in developing their brand identity, creative assets, social media presence, partnerships, etc. 
    • Must be highly adaptable, creative, and interested in marketing. 
    • While there are no requirements for application, an ideal candidate will have experience in branding/marketing, creative tools, social media, and an overall understanding of how businesses can engage customers. 

    Fundraising Lab Leader:

    • Work with other 'Lab Scientists' and our founders to help startups moving through the program stay on track.
    • Advise startups on fundraising efforts and assist in the process of sourcing and working with potential investors, defining funding needs, and pitching to investors. 
    • Must be highly adaptable, knowledgable, and familiar with the startup funding process. 
    • While there are no requirements for application, an ideal candidate will have experience in finance and/or startups, networking expertise, and an overall understanding of fundraising practices/types of investments. 

     

    Support Team

    Administrative Assistant:

    • Work with all members of our team to ensure that our operations are running smoothly. 
    • Directly responsible for ensuring that other team members meet deadlines, helping to upkeep records, and providing ad hoc support around the team as needed. Administrative Assistants also serve as the first point of contact for many potential clients and partners. 
    • Must be highly adaptable, comfortable moving quickly, and have apt communication and organization skills.
    • While there are no requirements for application, an ideal candidate will have familiarity with a startup environment, experience working with spreadsheets/similar databases, and an overall understanding of the work required to effectively assist in executive-level capacities. 

    Content Manager:

    • Work with other members of the Community Sub-Team to develop engaging content for publication by Elev Labs. 
    • Must be comfortable writing, taking constructive feedback, and doing creative research. 
    • While there are no requirements for application, an ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, community building, writing, and an overall understanding of how to engage audiences.
