Registration Form
  • The Perse Pelican Registration Form

For Reception or Year 2 applications
  • We are delighted you wish to register your child for a place at The Perse Pelican Pre-Prep. This form can be used to register for a place in Reception or Year 2. We do not have an entry point for Year 1. For Nursery admissions, please visit the Pelican Nursery Form.

Please ensure you read the Admissions Policy before completing the registration form.

Unfortunately the form cannot be saved and returned to at a later date, so if you close your browser before you have completed the form, the information you have entered will be lost.

Any fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory, and you will need to have copies (scans or pictures) of your child's passport (or birth certificate) and visa details (share code, or both sides of a BRP) ready to attach in order to complete the form.

You can make the text larger on the screen by pressing 'Ctrl +', and 'Ctrl –' pressed together will make the font size smaller.

If you have any admissions policy or process questions please contact PelicanSchoolSec@perse.co.uk or call 01223 403940 to speak to Marianne Hipperson in Admissions.

We look forward to receiving your application.

  • Confidential Information

The information requested on this form is needed because the School has contractual and statutory duties towards your child. For more information about how the School will use your information, and your child's information, please see the privacy notices available on the website. The information provided in this section will enable the School to safeguard your child when they are on school site and to consider any reasonable adjustments that it may need to make to assist your child to partake in the admissions procedure and when assessing candidates, or when they enter the School - how best to support their wellbeing and education should they become a pupil.

The School shall determine the reasonable adjustments or access arrangements that are required in the Perse Entrance Assessments for the applicant based on the information in this section and in consultation with the Head of Learning Support. Any relevant information should be provided at least two weeks before attending entrance assessments. Late requests will not be accepted, except in the case of recent injury.

  • Declarations:

  • Thank you for completing this registration form, a copy of which will be emailed to you. When you click submit, please do not close the window until payment screen displays, as it may take a few moments for your form to be processed.

You will then be transferred to the payment screen to make payment of the registration fee, which is the final step required to submit your application. The registration fee reflects the costs incurred by the School in administering the admissions process before the offer of a place is made and is non-refundable irrespective of whether or not the registered child attends the entrance tests.

Please ensure that the child’s surname and year group they are applying for is quoted as a reference so that the payment can be matched to their application. Failure to do so may delay your application (e.g. YRZhang, Y1Brown, Y2Smith etc).
