Funding for the Project OASIS Summer Camp/MCAP is made possible by grants from the County of Essex and the Township of Montclair. Families who are egistering childen/youth must fall within the established income eligibility guidelines.
The following documents must be submitted along with the completed application:
- NJ ID/Driver's License(18 and over)
- Birth Certificate (all household members)
- Copy of Current Lease
- Proof of Income
- School Enrollment Verification
- Utility Bill
