Steps for Curbside:
1. Upon arrival, call OR TEXT the office at 586-463-9550. Our phone lines are VERY busy, if you get the voicemail message, please leave a message. If you leave a message, it is also acceptable to call back if you have not received a phone call from the staff within 5 minutes.
2. The licensed veterinary technician staff will speak with you regarding the submitted history form.
3. You will be asked to bring your cat to the front entrance vestibule. Please place your cat (in its carrier) inside the vestibule.
4. After admission, you are free to leave. For updates on your cat during his/her stay, please call the office (option 1).
5. If your cat was due for a physical examination while boarding, the doctor will attempt to call either during the stay or at discharge to discuss any findings.
6. At discharge- please call the office upon arrival. . The veterinary technician staff will call to discuss any discharge instructions and you will be transferred to our client care staff for payment. We ask you have your credit card ready for this transaction. If you are using Care Credit, please alert the staff.
7. You will be asked to come to the front entrance to retrieve your cat. The staff will place your cat in the vestibule, place the invoice and/or medications on the table. Please do not enter the vestibule until the staff member has vacated.
