We are excited you've found your BSIS internship! After you submit this form, it will take us 1-2 weeks to process and approve it. If your internship meets the course requirements, you will receive an override and then an email with more information on how to register for the class. Not every internship is guaranteed approval. Your internship must be approved by the BSIS program coordinator.

The following criteria are required of all students enrolled in ISCI 496 course:

• Work at least 140 hours by the end of the semester at the internship organization
• Must be related to Information Science major and/or student's career goals
• Must be approved by faculty instructor

Please note that ISCI 496 is a three-credit-hour course and tuition must be paid accordingly. If you are approved for and added to the class, you are responsible for paying any fees prior to their deadlines. Missing tuition deadlines may cause you to be dropped from the class by the university.
