Mission Statement

We achieve this mission by providing superior educational opportunities in a loving and supportive environment that enables children to reach their fullest potential. We are dedicated to educating each child as an individual and ensuring their academic growth as well as fostering their social and emotional development.

We seek to maximize the development of every student by providing a stimulating and interactive environment that cultivates curiosity and promotes exploration. We maintain low student to teacher ratios in order to provide the attention necessary for individualized learning to occur. In addition to our core staff of highly motivated and dedicated teachers, we also have science, fine arts, Spanish, French, physical education, and performing arts instructors who are educated and highly qualified in their specialized fields. All instructors work cohesively as a unit to ensure the sequential progression of each subject in every level of our educational program.

Admissions Process

Applying to Next Generation School is a simple, straightforward process. The following instructions will help guide you through the steps.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Submit the completed application along with the applicant's most recent report card and the $50 non-refundable application fee.
2. Request that the student’s current teacher(s) complete a teacher recommendation form. The teacher(s) should complete the online form found on our website.
  1. You will receive an email to confirm when your child's teacher(s) recommendation form has been submitted.
After the admissions materials listed above are received, the application process is considered complete. Unless/until a position is available in your desired grade, the applicant will remain in the wait pool.

Should a position become available, the admissions committee will review all wait pool applicants’ materials to determine which candidate is contacted to visit and participate in academic assessments. Generally, families are contacted 3-5 school days after the applicant’s visit to provide an update on the applicant’s acceptance status, after the admissions team has reviewed assessments and discussed NGS teacher(s) observations.

If the applicant is offered an enrollment opportunity, they will receive an acceptance letter that includes the submission date by which the enrollment forms, $500 tuition deposit, and any additional fees are due to secure the applicant’s position.
