Thank you for your interest in becoming a Food Vendor at the 2021 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo taking place February 11-28, 2021. With community, donor and volunteer support, the organization impacted 21,275 Texas students in 2020 with educational commitments. Each food vendor plays a big role in fulfilling the mission of the show by showcasing their flavors and unique tastes to the fairgrounds!
This application does not guarantee an applicant commercial space. Food Vendors are selected based on menu items, presentation, requirements and available space. The application deadline for the 2021 Rodeo is November 30, 2020. If you are selected, you will be notified by email by December 31, 2020.
Due to COVID-19, we will be asking that all vendors with action stations, cooking within the site of customers, have a plastic divider between their cooking setup and our guests. We also will require that condiments not be setup as self-serve and that prepackaged condiments be distributed with all meals. These requirements may be relaxed or add on to depending on the judgement of Aramark, the State, County, or City Health guidelines.
