  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a Food Vendor at the 2024 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo taking place February 8-25th, 2024.  With community, donor and volunteer support, the organization impacted 21,000 Texas students in 2022 with educational commitments. Each food vendor plays a big role in fulfilling the mission of the show by showcasing their flavors and unique tastes to the fairgrounds!

    This application does not guarantee an applicant commercial space.  Food Vendors are selected based on menu items, presentation, requirements and available space.  The application deadline for the 2024 Rodeo is November 30, 2023.  If you are selected, you will be notified by email by December 31, 2023. 

    Only electronic applications submitted through this portal will be considered. Please submit one application per food booth location. Please answer the following questions completely:

  • If selected as a Vendor, you will receive a Sub-Contractor Contract by email.  Below is a brief summary of terms:

    COMMISSION RATES:  50% of Net Sales of all Food & Beverage Items; 5% Handling Fee for sale of bottled soda and water provided to the Vendor

    INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: (Type of Coverage / Limits of Liability)

    • Worker's Compensation - In accordance with State Law
    • Employer's Liability - $1,000,000 each occurrence
    • Comprehensive General Liability - $1,000,000 each occurrence
    • Comprehensive Automobile - $1,000,000 each occurrence
    • Excess Liability, umbrella form with respect to Comprehensive General Liability, Comprehensive Automobile Liability - $3,000,000 each occurrence

    *All policies of insurance shall name ARAMARK, San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc. (S.A.L.E.), and Coliseum Advisory Board (C.A.B.) as Additional Insureds.

    HEALTH & FIRE PERMITS:  Will be acquired by ARAMARK and deducted from payments 

    HOURS OF OPERATION:  18 days, Daily: 9:00am to Midnight (Hours will vary based on fairgrounds location) Exact hours of operation will be given in contract.
