I/We hereby request Terra Rosa Condominiums to authorize and approve permission to maintain a pet as above described upon the premises.

I/We hereby acknowledge that we have read and understand the Rules and Regulations as set out in the Condominium Bylaws regarding the keeping of a pet (see pg. 3) and I/we undertake to comply with the said Bylaws and I/we have purchased the required Annual Pet License from the City of Saskatoon

It is further acknowledged and understood that this permission is granted only for the pet(s) as above described and shall not be transferred or considered pre-approval for any replacement pet. Any permission or approval, which may be granted by The Board on behalf of Terra Rosa Condominiums, shall be terminated upon the demise or permanent removal of the above described pet(s) from the premises.

If required by Terra Rosa Condominiums, I/we hereby undertake to make any reasonable security deposit payment to The Board, to be held in trust by The Condominium Corporation for future damages to common property of The Condominium Corporation.
