Certified Canine Fear Abatement Expert (CCFAE) application for program admittance
The CCFAE certification program is a rewarding yet intensive Fear Abatement Mastery (FAM) program for working with extreme fear in dogs. This program may not be for everyone. Participants are hand-selected from a pool of applicants, and those who graduate with all requirements successfully completed will appear on our website as Certified Fearful Dog Professionals (or associates if prerequisites are not yet met. Therefore, we are selective about participants. The questions below will begin your application process into the program, so please respond thoroughly and thoughtfully. If you are accepted into the program, a code of conduct & ethics agreement and invoice will be sent to you. The cost of the program is to be received in full by us no less than 30 days before start date.
