Utah's state minimum wage rate is $7.25 per hour. This is the same as the current Federal Minimum Wage rate. The minimum wage applies to most employees in Utah, with limited exceptions including tipped employees , some student workers, and other exempt occupations.

The Utah Minimum Wage is the lowest hourly wage that an employee working in Utah can legally be paid. Both Utah and the federal government have set a legal minimum wage - Utah's is $7.25 per hour, while the federal minimum wage is $7.25 per hour.

The probationary time and training in this position is two weeks maximum. I understand that if I do not complete the two weeks of probation in my job in accordance with the rules of EnviroKleen L.L.C. I will receive payment of the minimum wage stipulated by the Federal Government of Utah State $ 7.25 / Hr.
