Foster Agreement & Waiver
I, the undersigned, have read, understand, and agree to abide by the conditions of the Heading Home volunteer agreement and waiver. I understand that all work done with Heading Home is at my own risk, and hereby releasee Heading Home of any and all liability, property damages, medical costs, and veterinary costs arising from any known, unknown, or any anticipated or unanticipated damages to people, animals, or property while the dog(s) is under my care and supervision. I am fully aware of, understand, and agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement and waiver, and that it is a binding contract.
