Please give careful consideration to adopting an animal. Animals are not toys or short-term commitments. Make sure your lifestyle allows the time, patience and expense this animal will need over the years.

INFORMATION

Thank you for inquiring about adopting one of our rescued cats/kittens. The adoption fee is €25.00 per cat or kitten.

It is a condition of rehoming kittens that they will be neutered when old enough. This will be followed up with a phone call. You can also avail of our neutering discount for €35.00 when the kitten is old enough, at least four months old.

NOTE: Please return the completed adoption form to us within 24 hours to process it.

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

Collection and use of personal information

Roscommon SPCA does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information that you volunteer (for example by filling out an online application form). Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties and is used by Roscommon SPCA only in line with the purpose for which you provided it. Roscommon SPCA keeps information on all animals rehomed. After a period of 10 years without contact, Roscommon SPCA will automatically delete all of your personal information from its database.

Roscommon SPCA will only use the information to process your adoption application. Information, data and proof of ID & addresses embodied in this Adoption form are strictly confidential and are supplied on the understanding that they will be held confidentially and securely and not disclosed to third parties.

Verification of Identity and Address

Upon the successful approval of your adoption application, we will reach out to you via email to request verification of your identity and address.

For proof of address, please provide a utility bill dated within the last three months.

Acceptable forms of identification include either a passport or a driving license within date.

After we have confirmed your information, all details will be removed from our email system, and no copies will be retained.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

If you are filling this form and your inquiry comes through successfully, you should receive a message saying it's been received.
