Accurate and Current Profile You will ensure that your Evolve Profile is maintained and up to date. You also promise and are contractually obligated to maintain accurate and current Profile information.

Up to Date CalendarYou will maintain a calendar within the Platform and keep it up to date so that scheduling conflicts do not arise. You acknowledge and agree that Evolve may terminate your Agreement and immediately remove your Profile from the Platform if you do not honor one or more sessions.

Technology GuidanceYou agree to maintain a "Zoom Pro" account with Zoom and to conduct community sessions using this account. You may only use the free version of Zoom, or some other video conferencing platform, for private sessions with 1 or 2 individuals. You will conduct sessions over a high speed internet connection using a quality camera with a plain or aesthetically pleasing background.

Consent to MarketingYou agree that Evolve may use your likeness and Profile information to market the Platform. Evolve is expressly authorized to announce, promote, and market your Offerings on the Platform.

Marketing DiscountsEvolve may market discounts up to 20% off for any given session or package. Discounts will be taken off of the total revenue amount before the Evolve Commission.

Marketing First Group SessionEvolve suggests that you create a Group session within 60 days of your onboarding and promote it so that at least five of your contacts join the session.

Bank DetailsYou understand that Evolve uses a third-party payment processor to receive and make payments. You agree to provide banking information to the payment processor directly or through the Platform as requested by Evolve.

Evolve FeesYou agree that Evolve charges a fee for using the platform by keeping a percentage of gross revenue received from customers. Evolve will take 8% plus payment processing fees of gross revenue. Evolve also requires that Leaders subscribe to the Leader Inner Circle Membership for $9.95/month via Stripe.
