This information is to help me identify what homes will make the best fit for my puppy. I am selective of who will have the opportunity to adopt a puppy from me. Please keep in mind that I do not know you, so every bit of information you can give me about yourself will be very helpful. I don't expect anyone to be a super hero just to take home a puppy, but please know that my main concern is the well being of my puppy above all else.

What to expect
Completing this application is the first step in the process to adopting a puppy from Anna'sDoxies, but it does NOT guarantee the adoption of a puppy from this or any future litter. The breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: I will review applications within 2 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your home is a good fit, I'll notify you. I am selective of who will have the opportunity to adopt one of my puppies, so I may ask you for pictures of your home and/or backyard, and ask questions to ensure the well being of my puppy.

We breed infrequently, so I will only accept deposits after puppies are born and I deem them healthy and available. Approved homes will be contacted to make a $500 deposit on selected puppy. Please make this deposit within 24 hours of the approval text, e-mail or phone call. You may make your deposit electronically through Zelle, Venmo or PayPal (friends and family). If you make a deposit, you are committing to taking a puppy from this litter. I do not hold deposits for future litters.

YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be assigned in deposit order by the first or second preference of the depositor as indicated on the application. If neither of your choices are available, you may elect another puppy from the litter. We ask that you make a choice within 24 hours of notification since there may be other families waiting for a chance to choose.

GOING HOME: Puppies go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. I cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable time frame.

CONTRACT: Please read and sign my contract. I will not place a puppy without a signed contract.

REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our excellent PET ONLY puppies come with LIMITED AKC registration papers.
