A nonrefundable minimum booking retainer payment submitted is nonrefundable in the event of any cancellation. There are no verbal holds. No exceptions. Client must submit a required minimum booking retainer  at the time of booking to officially book, confirm reservation and secure spot on the schedule for the requested service dates. All minimum booking retainers are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
