IMPORTANT:

1. Please accomplish this reservation form completely and accurately. Blocked/unavailable dates can either mean: (1) we are already fully-booked or (2) we are booked for private dining.

2. A cover charge of P750.00 per head is required to guarantee your reservation. This amount is fully consumable upon dining. Our staff will get in touch with you for the settlement/payment.

3. A Reservation Confirmation Notification will be sent by our staff to confirm your booking.

4. Guest of all ages are allowed to dine.

5. Confirmation of same-day of reservation is only until 3PM. All same-day reservations made beyond 3PM will be considered walk-in guest and will be subject for availability.
