Do you understand/acknowledge you $400 deposit is non-refundable? Do you understand/acknowledge that the full price of pet only is 1500 and 2000 with AKC limited papers (unless otherwise specified)? Do you understand and acknowledge that the sale of full rights is under our discretion only and would be subjected to a higher price depending on pedigree?

We will take weights and photos of the puppies everyday for the first week. You will recieve those photos in some form or they will be posted to the website & fb page. After the first week photos and weights will be taken once a week on the day of the week they were born. You will most likely see pics between the week's time, but we will do good photos weekly. Do you understand/acknowledge this?

Do you understand/acknowledge that the full price of the puppy will only be refunded if proven that the pup has a unknown illness within the first week or genetic condition identified by the 2 year mark by a board certified vet?
