We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10AM to 6PM, and on Sundays from 8AM to 6PM. We located at Unit C-12, Upper Floor, Olympia Tower on Makati Avenue.
Please do not put your dog on the floor without first leashing it.

While inside the store, follow directions given by our Doorman and Frontdesk Staff.

Only your pet's special grooming supplies and equipment, and its muzzle or secure crate, if either necessary, may be left with your pet.

You will be messaged or called by phone once your pet is ready to be picked up. Please pick your pet up within 15 minutes of the message or call. If your pet remains in our care beyond the 15 minutes, it will be moved to Day Care for which there is a separate fee.

NOTE: We will not groom pets that are infested with ticks and/or fleas. We recommend that such pets be brought to their vet for treatment against these parasites. We suggest that they also be tested for blood, and other tick or flea borne parasites.
Grooming Services. Please note that a full groom may take more than an hour; as will a “bath-only” for double coated dogs.*

“Puppy Cut” - simple trim all over; leaves an even coat of one to two inches long. The head is styled to remain in proportion with the body length.

“Summer-Cut” - is a close cut all over the body, including the legs and skirt; leaves a short coat of 1/4 to 1/2 inches. A closer shave of 1.5 mm may be possible, if requested.

PLEASE NOTE: Your dog's undercoat insulates it from the heat and the cold. In summer, it prevents your dog from becoming too hot by keeping cooler air next to the skin. Cutting or shaving your pet's hair interferes with your dog or cat's ability to stay cool.
