Guidelines for Online Devising and Physicality Workshops:
Dates:
Online Workshops are available from September 2020. Please provide your preferred date in the form below and we will contact you to confirm availability. If the date is unavailable, we’ll work with you to find an alternative.
Duration:
2 hours or 4 hours - Please do include an additional screen break/lunch break if required.
Venue:
To be held virtually with either students at home or in school, socially distancing.
Where delivered to students in school, the space must be of reasonable size (approx. 10m x 10m), be warm and have a suitable floor for exercise (i.e. sprung or wooden floor, NOT carpet or concrete). Please ensure that the floor has been swept and that there are no hazards in the space.
Equipment:
If streaming into school you will need a large screen/ TV and an ipad/ tablet screen in the space. Preferred streaming platform is Zoom Pro, but we can also accommodate Google Meets and Blackboard. We are happy for schools to co-host through our Zoom Pro account where needed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to host online workshops using Google Hangouts or Microsoft Teams.
You will have an opportunity to check all technical aspects prior to the workshop with your practitioner.
If streaming to students at home they will all need camera phones or pcs/laptops with a camera
Cost:
2 hours - £275 + VAT
4 hours - £375 + VAT
(Please note no travel, subsistence or additional charges will be added to these prices)

If the Host reschedules the booking with less than 10 working days’ notice, the Host must pay a £50 administration fee.
Both parties should endeavour to avoid cancellation. If cancellation is unavoidable both parties should liaise to rearrange an alternative date for the workshop.
However, if the Host cancels the booking more than 21 days in advance and an alternative date cannot be agreed, the host will not be charged for the workshop. If the Host cancels the booking less than 7 days in advance of the workshop date, the host must pay 100% of the total fee.
In the instance that a workshop is cancelled by Frantic Assembly and an alternative date cannot be agreed, the host will not be charged for the workshop.
