    • Friends: (What type of friend do you want to be? What would you like your friendships to look like? How would you like to behave toward your friends? Why are friends important to you?)
    • Intimate Relationships: (What would you like your ideal romantic relationship to look like? What type of partner would you prefer? How would you like to treat your partner? How would you define an intimate relationship?) 
    • Leisure: (What type of activities do you enjoy? What type of activities do you think you would like to try? Why do you enjoy them? What types of activities help you feel fulfilled?)
    • Citizenship: (What do you value? What can you do to make your community a better place? Are activities such a voting, volunteering, and recycling important to you?)
    • Spirituality: (Do you identify with an organized religion? Do you have any spiritual beliefs? Are spirituality, faith, or religion important to you?)
    • Health: (How do you feel about your physical wellbeing? Why and how do you take care of yourself? What would you like to change in terms of your physical self-care?)
    • Education: (Is furthering your education important to you? In what ways would you like to advance your skills/knowledge? Is there anything new you would like to learn?)
    • Career: (What do you value in your career/job? Do you feel intellectually challenged at work? Would you like to make changes in the amount of independence or respect you have or time you spend at work?)
    • Financial: (Do you feel financially secure? What would you like to do in your financial life in order to feel more secure?)
  • Complete cycle of DBT. Approximately 6 months to be completed; recommended to do two full cycles (54 weeks).
