Please submit your request two weeks in advance of your production date. Please ensure that you have a specific contact person and/or person(s) prepared to appear on camera. Late or immediate requests will be handled dependent upon scheduling.

Once this form is submitted, we will consult with you to assist with planning, making accommodations for your project, and scheduling production meeting times based on your desired video completion date.

As it relates to COVID-19, mask may be worn, but not required. Arrangments will be made if the spokesperson needs to remove the mask to speak during the interview.
