  • By submitting this form, You agree that you are the parent or legal guardian of the above named child, and are over the age of 18.  In case of medical emergency or general medical care, you give consent for medical treatment for the aboved named child by authorized personnel.  

    You also agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.

    Terms and conditions (please keep for your reference)

    • Fees must be paid in full in advance. Payment by bank transfer: Account Name N J Global Ltd, Account No. 24347389 sort code 23-05-80. Please  inform us by email and put child’s full name and RSC20 as reference E.g. paulrobertsRSC20
    • Fees: £150 per week per child . 
    • If your child is not collected latest 5 minutes by the time allocated, an additional charge of £10 per hour (or part thereof) will be levied.
    •  Please provide a healthy packed lunch and healthy snacks (no nuts please) for break times  and water every day : Please ensure you have advised us of any allergies
    • At the end of the session we will only hand over the children to the parents/guardian signing the booking form. If you wish to arrange collection by someone else you must notify in writing 24 hours ahead and that person must bring suitable photo identify with them. 

    Cancellation policy

    • No credits or refunds are possible under any circumstances unless minimum 7 days notice is given. An administration charge of £25 will be applicable. Less than 7 days notice:  no refunds on cancellation are possible under any circumstances 
    • If your child is unable to attend due to self-isolation or being tested positive for COVID-19, we will offer full refund or a credit towards future activities  (an administration charge may be charged – at our discretion).
    • We  reserve  the right to cancel should we not get sufficient numbers joining any one camp or if due to unforeseen  and unavoidable circumstances  (COVD-19) in which case full refunds will be given.

    Code Of Conduct

    • We like to offer an informal and recreational atmosphere whilst ensuring a clear code of conduct.  We expect children to show consideration for their peers, the building, equipment and the staff! 
    • Aggressive, disruptive, discriminatory behaviour or any other behaviour that is deemed dangerous or inappropriate (at our discretion) will not be tolerated. 
    • We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any child before or during the class if their behaviour causes offence or injury or is deemed inappropriate by instructor. No further explanation by the Young Engineers team is necessary.
    • Refunds due to the exclusion in such cases, for outstanding sessions will be at our discretion. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to the code of conduct on behalf of your child.

    Disability***

    If you have declared a disability, please note we cannot guarantee that we can make reasonable adjustments for your child. We will do our best however reserve the right to review with you and cancel the booking if not appropriate for your child.***

     COVID-19

    Please read the following carefully:

     ▪         We will be implementing the latest and most current protective measures advised by the government including the size of the bubbles at the time of running the camp.

     ▪         We have put into effect a comprehensive risk assessment to reflect all the guidance and requirements from the Government and will be adapted as new guidance comes into place. Available on request.

     ▪         Please note, If your child or if someone anyone in your family or someone who lives in your home, has COVID 19 symptoms, such as raised temperature, a new continuous cough, or a loss or change to their sense of smell or taste, or is tested positive for COVID 19, they should follow the COVID-19:guidance for households with possible coronavirus (COVID-19) infection:  https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-stay-at-home-guidance

     ▪         If your child becomes unwell with a new, continuous  cough or a high temperature, or has a loss of, or change, in their normal sense of taste whilst they are attending our camps, they must state at home and you should follow the COVID-19:guidance for households with possible coronavirus (COVID-19) infection:  https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-stay-at-home-guidance.

     ▪         If your child becomes unwell while at our camp, we will call you immediately to come and collect them. While your child is waiting, we will keep him or her separately from others by a distance of at least 2m, ideally in a well ventilated room with appropriate adult supervision.      ▪         We will be allocating staggered drop off times and pick up times and we request parents to ensure they drop off and pick up at these times and while waiting – maintain social distance in the car park area.

     ▪         If your child is unable to attend camp after registering due to COVID 19, a full refund will be offered ( an administration fee may be charged – at our discretion – depending on the number of days your child has attended).

    • We will send out a form 7 days prior to the week that your child will be attending camp to ensure there are no COVID-19 implications to ensure safety of all attending the camps including children and staff.

     Photography/Video

    We will be taking photos of the children working and playing for use in marketing purposes (anonymously) on our website and other social media as well as for sharing with parents and carers via google photos. A separate album will be created which will be deleted 4 weeks after the camp.

    If you do not wish your child to be photographed or video'd, please advise us in writing prior to your child attending the camp, otherwise we will presume your consent.
