Each Parish or Worshiping Community shall be entitled to two lay delegates, and at least one alternate lay delegate. Each Chapel shall be entitled to one lay delegate and one alternate lay delegate. In the case of a Chapel, use the delegate #2 entry for your alternate delegate.
