Alleah Bucs Photography LLC (photographer) and The Photography Studio are not liable for any illness or injuries contracted during sessions and shoots.

All edits and photos remain property of Alleah Bucs Photography LLC to be used for advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, private party messaging, business cards and brochures unless specified by client via writing. Images from boudoir/pin-up sessions where the Client is identifiable will not be posted, shared, or otherwise distrubted unless authorized by Client.

No images taken by Alleah Bucs Photography LLC will be edited or altered in any way by Client.

A $100 non-refundable session retainer is required upon booking. This form does not indicate a booking. This retainer will be applied to your scheduled shoot when it takes place. In the event you need to reschedule, the Client and the Photographer will make every effort to find an agreeable and timely new date. Repeated reschedules or cancelations may result in forfeiting the session retainer.
