Corporal punishment (paddling) of a student results only for the more severe offenses, (See student handbook). Even though the State of Oklahoma's laws state that we have the right to administer this type of discipline, we want to give you, the parent, the right to agree or disagree with that decision.

If you, the parent/guardian disagree with this type of punishment for your child, let it be fully understood that in this instance, the Principal will have nor recourse except to use suspension as a means of discipline for your child.
