Applying for the Boys & Girls Club afterschool program does not automatically admit your child(ren) into our program. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the number of children we can serve has be reduced Acceptance will be based upon availablity and will prioritize Elementary children first, then Middle School and High School. Van routes are limited to 1 van (13 kids) per school where we pick up. Once a van route is full, children will be placed on a waiting list. If at some point the mandates change and we are able to open more spots we will contact the waiting list first.
Dues for afterschool are $15/child for Aug and $30/month per child (Sep-May). Once you have received notice your child(ren) have a spot in our program you will receive a payment link and be required to pay for Aug & Sep ($45/child). Registration is not complete until payment is received. All dues will have to be paid in advance. Failure to pay dues for any month will result in your child(ren) being dropped from the Club and the spot will be given to someone on our waiting list. You may reapply but your child(ren) will be placed at the end of the waiting list and you will have to wait until a spot comes open again.
Electronic payments are required either through a payment link you will recieve or you can set up recurring automated payments. We will not accept checks or payments at the club sites.
All information will come to you via the email you put on this application. It is your responsiblity to check your email regularly. We are not responsible for you missing information or deadlines due to failing to check your email.
