    Please Choose 3 bottles per Wine Club Order if you are planning to pick up for March or June or December 2020 club orders. If you are picking up wine for club orders prior to March 2020, please select 2 bottles per club order (e.g. December 2019 wine club orders and prior). 

    If you are unsure of the number of Wine Club Orders you have to pick up, please guess by submitting one form and selecting your wines for the total number of bottles. Miramar will validate your membership status and determine your wine club orders not yet paid or picked up.
