  • Fixed Term Lease: If you intend to end your tenancy when the fixed term period ends, you need to give at least 14 days notice. This notice can be given up to and including the last day of your fixed term.

    Periodic agreement: Once your fixed term lease has expired you are required to give 21 days notice in writing.

    Breaking lease: If you intend to vacate prior to your lease expiring a break fee will apply. The set fee payable is;

    - four weeks rent if less than 25 per cent of the agreement has expired

    - three weeks rent if 25 per cent or more but less than 50 per cent of the agreement has expired

    - two weeks rent if 50 per cent or more but less than 75 per cent of the agreement has expired

    - one weeks rent if 75 per cent or more of the agreement has expired.

  • By signing below I acknowledge and agree to the following:- 
    - I am aware that rent will be charged up to and including the day I return all keys/remotes to the office. 

    - I acknowledge that keys must be returned to the office on or before 5:00pm on the above vacating date or I will incur additional rent charged at a daily rate. 

    - I agree that in accordance with legislation requirements, the Property Manager will be able to show prospective tenants through the property during the final 14 days of the tenancy. 

    - I agree that the property will be clean, all belongings and rubbish removed including taking bins out for collection. 

    - I agree that the electricity will remain connected for 5 days post vacate date in the instance that a cleaner/carpet cleaner is required. 

    - I acknowledge that a final water meter reading will be taken on the vacate date and a final invoice emailed to you. Please advise the Property Manager if you would like this deducted from your bond. 

    - I am aware that I/we will be listed on TICA if I/we leave the property with an outstanding debt to agent/landlord
