Furthermore, do you understand that in order to keep our community safe STD testing may be required for your attendance?*

In order to submit an application a refundable deposit of $50 for The Sanctuary or $500 for Membership is required. This payment will apply to your first experience with us, if accepted, and be fully refunded if not.
