There will be some changes when you return to Eva Grace Nail Lounge due to Covid 19, and I will be asking you to follow some simple new procedures to ensure everyone is as safe as possible. During lockdown, I have completed a variety of safety courses covering Covid 19 infection, salon hygiene and health and safety, and remain up to date with the latest scientific research and government guidelines. I am confident that my updated salon procedures, on top of my high salon hygiene standards, will ensure that all of my clients, students and visitors are as safe as possible. Please read this form and confirm by your submission/signature that you understand the new procedures and will follow them when you return to the salon.
All appointments will be made either by online booking or direct calls to myself as per the norm.
Please come alone to your appointment with essential belongings only i.e purse and phone. Payment will be taken via Fresha online booking app. You may still tip if you so wish,this will be included in your cashless payment.
Upon booking your appointment you will receive a message asking you to confirm your appointment, by inputting your card details at this point will make the payment process completely contactless.
Due to the increased cost of PPE supplies, if you require myself to provide you with PPE for your appointment ie salon face mask, cloth face covering and/or visor, there will be an additional cost... £2 salon face mask / visor, £5 cloth face covering.
I am trying to keep my service prices as per prior to lockdown however unfortunately this may alter in the future due to increase in disposable items required and payment processing costs to complete your service. I will of course give 4 weeks notice should this come to pass again as per the norm.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Between each appointment I will disinfect the following:
Door Handles
Chair
Hard surfaces and work station
Lamps
Re-usable tools
Wash area
I would ask you to have an idea of what colour or design you would like before your arrival in the salon as I will not be able to offer you the swatch sticks to browse through. Please feel free to message me any pictures you wish me to take inspiration from prior to your appointment.
I will wash my hands thoroughly between each client
I will wear a medical grade 99%+ filtration mask at all times (ffp3)
I will wear a visor at all times during your appointment
I will wear gloves at all times during your appointment
A new nail file will be provided for each client
A disinfected nail brush for each client
Hand washing and sanitising facilities available for everyone
I will call to reschedule your appointment if myself or anyone in my household or social bubble have experienced any of the Covid 19 symptoms and/or have travelled abroad within the last 14 days
All PPE equipment will be purchased and worn in accordance with HSE regulations and removed and disposed of between each client in line with HSE guidelines. Each night the salon will be thoroughly cleaned.
Please visit the loo before your arrival to the salon.
UPON ARRIVAL
As you most likely aware Eva Grace Nail Lounge is located at the back of my home and so it is no longer possible to walk through the house to the salon.... I need my safe zone!
Please arrive on time
If you are wearing gloves please remove and dispose of before entering the salon
Do not wear your mask before entering the salon
Knock on the front door and I will come and collect you at the gate to the right
I will have completed my hand hygiene routine and will be wearing my mask and visor
We will enter the salon from the garden entrance
Upon entering the salon please use the sanitising station provided and put your mask on
Place your personal belongings in the lidded box provided - keep these to phone or purse only, all other possessions to be left at home or locked in your car (scalf / coat / bags etc)
Wash your hands in the facilities provided, use the brush to clean under your finger nails
Place the brush in the container marked "Used Brushes", dry your hands on the individual towel provided and place in the bin provided
Take your seat.
Please do not touch any surfaces that you do not need to or your personal belongings through out the service
If you do need to take an urgent call or message, you will be required to repeat your hand hygiene routine.
At the end of your service, if you have not already confirmed your appointment via your appointment confirmation message, make payment via Fresha Link, Paypal or bank transfer before leaving the salon - Wifi code is available
Leave the salon via the garden entrance.
