Reservation and Cancellation Policy applies to ALL appointments. A valid Credit card is required at time of booking to secure the booking time. We understand that unanticipated events happen. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Cancellation Policy:
24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hour notice and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged $25.00 to the credit card on file. If the payment is declined for any reason, you will be invoiced through square for the missed appointment and invoice must be paid before any appointments will be scheduled in the future.
No-Shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged 100% of the value of their "missed" appointment. If the card on file is declined, you will be invoiced through Square for the missed appointment and invoice must be paid before any other appointments will be scheduled for the future.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Minors/Children:
Due to the safety and liability regulations, children are not permitted in the treatment room unless they are the one receiving the service. If under the age of 18, a parental consent form must be filled out by a parent/guardian at time of service. Parent/Guardian MUST remain on site during the minor service.
If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact your skin care professional within 24-hours after your appointment so that the situation may be corrected.
