Arrival 

Please arrive to your appointment 5 - 10 minutes early.  Due to current COVID 19 pandemic, we ask that you stay in your car and notify us by text or phone call when you arrive.  Do not bring anyone to your appointment.  We will wait until the previous client has left and then ask you to come inside with mask on before entering the building. 

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment, your lash tecnician may not be able extend your appointment. If your service is shortened due to late arrival, the full cost of the appointment will still be charged.  Any arrival 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time may result in your appointment being cancelled and rescheduled.

We do have a washroom for client use.  Please let us know if you need to use it  and we will be sure to sanitize it before use.  

Changing/ Rescheduling/ Cancellation/ Illness

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic we ask that if you aren't feeling well and need to cancel or rescehdule you give us as much notice as possible.  We are currently not charging cancellation fees but will not tolerate continued last minute cancellations.  New full set appointments are subject to a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $40.  We allow a one time carry forward of this deposit to a new reschduled appointment if at least 48 hrs notice is given. This is to protect your time as well as our as we book up quickly.  In return, we promise to give you our full, undivided attention as well as the best lash artistry the Kawartha Lakes has to offer!

Other Artists Work

If you are coming to Lash KL with lash extensions that were done somewhere else, please be advised that a fill may not be possible.  Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extensions trainings, certifications and regulations, some technicians may not have been trained properly and at Lash KL our number one priority is the health and saftey of your eyes and lashes.  If you are coming to us from another technician, you may need a removal of current extensions and full set at our full set pricing.  This will be discussed and fully explained to you before any work is done by one of our technicians.  If it is agreed upon by both parties that a fill can be performed, a ONE TIME fee of $20 will be applied so that your lash artist can extend your appointment and have appropriate time to asess and apply your lash extensions safely.  

Refund Policy

While at Lash KL you are paying for artist time, products and other expenses used to provide a service.  No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products.  We do however believe in full customer satisfaction and therefore if you are unhappy for any reason with your service please contact us within 72 hours of the appointment to discuss any issues.  If a fix is necessary, a complimentary 30 minute appointment will be offered if it was deemed an issue with application or product. Any issues after 72 hours or caused by improper aftercare will be at the discretion of the original lash artist.
