SANCTUARY RENTAL

WTP Member: $200

Non-Member: $400

Includes: Sound, Opening & closing the building, a church appointed coordinator, and final cleaning after you have picked up after your event. (disinfecting, bathrooms, etc.)

For Weddings your fee also includes: a church appointed ceremony coordinator, a rehearsal, dressing areas for the bridal parties, and a final cleaning after the renter has picked up after the ceremony.

Wake: $200

Includes: 3 hours pre-service (room set up, private viewing & public viewing.)

Pastor's Honorarium: $150 +

If one of our pastors is performing your ceremony, please also include an honorarium of $150 or more to bless them. You can place the honorarium in a separate envelope marked "pastor" and give it to your Ceremony Coordinator. They will make sure the pastor receives it.

All fees will be collected by WTP Ministries Ceremony Coordinator previous to the event. (unless arrangements have been made otherwise) Payments can be made by cash, check - payable to What’s The Point Ministries, or major credit card.
DECOR INFORMATION

Renter will provide: Decorations, candles, etc. and will take them home with them after the rental.

Candles: If you are planning to use candles anywhere in your décor or if the there will be a unity candle, please use flameless or dripless candles to protect our carpet.

Wedding Rehearsal

Wedding Rehearsals can be scheduled on Thursday evenings, or on Fridays before 5:30pm. (example: 4pm—5:30). A Ceremony Coordinator is included for the ceremony and rehearsal.

Please remember to designate someone who will be willing to pick up any belongings from your wedding party at the end of your ceremony.

I understand that using the What’s The Point Ministries building is a privilege. I will make sure that my guests and I remain in the areas designated and take great care of the facility while in use and restore the room to its original condition when we depart. All decorations and property of the renter will be removed upon exiting the building.

I agree that there will be no alcohol on premises or in the parking lot at any time.

Any fees that will be required will be discussed with you and the pastors once this form has been received and the date has been confirmed that our building is available.

I also agree that there will be no gambling, inappropriate behavior or music (please check lyrics) at any time during my event.

I understand that by signing this form, I agree to adhere to these policies set by What's The Point Ministsries.
