Dear You - Tattoo request

Thank you for you interest in working with one of our artists for your tattoo!

BOOKING INFO:

This form is how you'll get the process going! You will submit, and be placed in your selected artists queue. Once it is your turn in the queue, you'll be contacted to book, this is the point where you will place your non-refundable reservation fee. Fear not, this goes towards the final cost of your tattoo*!

We have 3 artists on staff that tattoo minors. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 16.

*reservation fees secure your date and time. This amount will come off the price of your tattoo at your last appointment so long as you do not cancel, or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice.
If you do not reschedule within the 30 day time AFTER your reschedule, your fee is forfeit. We use a 3 strike rule in our studio. If you cancel or reschedule 3 times, your fee is forfeit.

It may take months to get contacted for booking depending on your artist, You may call with any questions 913-831-8833 Wednesday-Saturday 11-6pm, or come into the studio during business hours for immediate price quotes.

We have a general policy to avoid tattooing the face, neck, or fingers as they heal poorly. We make exceptions if you already have a tattoo in that placement, or are heavily tattooed.

Our artists availability varies, but our typical hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Saturdays fill up the quickest, followed by evenings, please tell us about your availability.*
