What to expect & how to prepare for your appointment.

I like to keep things simple, only turn up if you have no cold, flu, Covid, or cough symptoms. If you are coughing when you arrive, you will not be permitted to enter the clinic and will lose your appointment. You can wear what is comfortable for you, most clients will remove clothing down to their underwear. Please feel free to wear shorts or any other cover wear which you feel comfortable with while bearing in mind that access to areas for massage treatment will be required and if any item of clothing is required to be moved in any way then permission will always be asked first. Fresh towels and table covers are supplied and changed after each client. The massage clinic is ventilated and sanitised before and after each client.

It is always best to visit your local GP first if you have concerns about pain in your muscles or any part of your body.

Massage can help with pain relief for many people but please understand that every client is unique & some may be referred after an initial investigation of your body on the massage table. I can confirm that I do not have a magic wand to make pain go away but have a high success rate in achieving pain relief & in some cases a pain free body.
