GET BACK ON TRACK PACKAGE - These work best if you've a few niggles or multiple tight areas of tensions in your muscles and you are looking to get back in the game, back into the gym, into the hills, improve your ability to keep up with your kids and then go onto maintenance once we've ironed out a few muscular and mobility issue. Sessions can be spread out as and when needed but the best results come from 3 sessions closer together before reassessing where we are and where you are with your body.

What to expect & how to prepare for your appointment.

I like to keep things simple, You can wear what is comfortable for you, most clients will remove clothing down to their underwear. Please feel free to wear shorts or any other cover wear which you feel comfortable with while bearing in mind that access to areas for massage treatment will be required and if any item of clothing is required to be moved in any way then permission will always be asked first. Fresh towels and table covers are supplied and changed after each client. The massage clinic is ventilated and sanitised before and after each client. Only turn up if you have no cold, flu, Covid, or cough symptoms.

We do not work with insurance companies for you to claim back your investment in yourself for massage therapies so to save disappointment when you ask after the session or ask for additional papewrwork, please bear this in mind.

My qualifications are stated on each payment invoice and the payment link invioce you are sent is printable and saveable if you wish to pursue insurance claims for yourself.
By typing my full name in the box below (same name used at the start of the form), I confirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions, in confidence, and take it upon myself to keep the Therapist updated on my physical/mental health.
