We guide you through a stage by stage massage session where some areas are challenging and some are not. Above all, your wellbeing is our priority. What to expect & how to prepare for your appointment.

I like to keep things simple, You can wear what is comfortable for you, most clients will remove clothing down to their underwear. Please feel free to wear shorts or any other cover wear which you feel comfortable with while bearing in mind that access to areas for massage treatment will be required and if any item of clothing is required to be moved in any way then permission will always be asked first. Fresh towels and table covers are supplied and changed after each client. The massage clinic is ventilated and sanitised before and after each client. Only turn up if you have no cold, flu, Covid, or cough symptoms.
