TERMS & CONDITIONS:
In consideration of my attendance and participation in the training offered by Chan Academy of Martial Arts, whether at the academy, online or at any other location, I, the student/parent accept and assume all risks, and I further relieve the academy, its management and all members of staff from any liability resulting from loss – whether personal belongings or injury. I also hereby state that a medical professional has not advised me against this type of training. Therefore myself or my child is physically fit to under take the prescribed course of instruction explained to me and do so of my own free will in exchange for an agreed fee (after initial free trial session). I understand that there is no refund policy on any monies paid to Chan Academy of Martial Arts but any future payments can be cancelled provided the required notice is given.
