There will be vegan / vegetarian food throughout the retreat. Please let us know here any food allergies or food requirements that you have. It is essential we know this in advance of the retreat for food to be organised for this.

I agree to pay a 50% deposit to book my place. The rest of the payment is due 30 days before the retreat start date. Please see booking conditions below.

I have read and agree to the payment & cancellation policy of the following : 100% refund on the 50% deposit payment is refundable up to 45 days before the retreat start date. The remaining balance to be paid 31 days before the start of the retreat. No refund of the remaining balance or full payment paid for cancellations 30 - 0 days before the retreat start date A refund will only be issued if the retreat is fully booked and someone else can fill your space. A refund in this case minus €50 cancellation charge. Any monies owed in this case will be paid to you one month after the retreat end date. Please make sure you take out insurance your own travel insurance to cover you in the event of any need to cancel including COVID. Once the retreat has commenced , no refund or part refund or unused portion of your retreat will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you.
