There will be vegan / vegetarian food throughout the retreat. Please let us know here any food allergies or food requirements that you have. It is essential we know this in advance of the retreat for food to be organised for this.

These 4 days are very much the atmosphere of a retreat as opposed to a holiday and therefore everything on offer combines & weaves together to provide a wholesome , whole experience where everything supports each other - therefore we ask participants to understand there is no alcohol, smoking or taking other stimulants during the retreat week .

I agree to pay a deposit of €250 to book my place. The rest of the payment is due 60 days before the retreat start date. Please see booking conditions below.
I have read and agree to the payment & cancellation policy of the following : 100% refund on the €250 deposit payment is refundable up to 90 days before the retreat start date. 50% refundable up until 61 days before the retreat start date. The remaining balance is to be paid 60 days before the start of the retreat. No refund of the remaining balance/ full payment paid for cancellations 60 - 0 days before the retreat start date A refund will only be issued if the retreat is fully booked and someone else can fill your space. A refund in this case minus €35 cancellation charge. Any monies owed in this case will be paid to you one month after the retreat end date. Please make sure you take out your own travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation . Once the retreat has commenced , no refund or part refund or unused portion of your retreat will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you. Thank you.
