Application for Booth Space
Providence Christian Church 2022 CWF Craft Fair and Bake Sale
Please complete this application to express your interest in renting a booth at the Providence Christian Church CWF Craft Fair and Bake Sale on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Booth rental is $25 for a 10’x10’ outdoor booth or $45 for 2 spaces. Participants are responsible for supplying their own display items and furniture. Electricity is not available. Submitting this application does not guarantee a booth space. Forms that are not completed properly will not be accepted.
Applications and payments are due by Friday, Sept. 9. All applications will be reviewed by Christian Women’s Fellowship at Providence Christian Church, and vendors will be notified of their application status ASAP. Applications will be considered based on product(s) offered and date of submission. CWF reserves the right to refuse a vendor based on its product or conduct.
If you are selected to receive a booth, you must submit your $25 or $45 fee by Friday, Sept. 9, or you will relinquish your booth space. Please make checks payable to PCC CWF.
This outdoor event will take place rain or shine.
