  • Please find below short version of return policy.

    1. The product has to be returned by the client to Rideoo Warehouse.
      1. Please ensure that the product is packed thoroughly to eliminate risk of damage during transportation.
    2. Upon arrival the product will be checked on the presence of the damage.
      1. If the damage is not found, the money refund or exchange will be processed within 2 working days since the arrival of the product.
      2. If there is damage found or the product is seen to be used, no refund nor exchange will be made.
    3. The return or exchange is not possible:
      1. If the product was madified either by the client or by Rideoo store based on the client's request.
      2. If the product was used.
      3. If the product is in worse condition that bought.
      4. If the application was received by Rideoo later than 14 days from purchase date.
