Please find below short version of return policy.
- The product has to be returned by the client to Rideoo Warehouse.
- Please ensure that the product is packed thoroughly to eliminate risk of damage during transportation.
- Upon arrival the product will be checked on the presence of the damage.
- If the damage is not found, the money refund or exchange will be processed within 2 working days since the arrival of the product.
- If there is damage found or the product is seen to be used, no refund nor exchange will be made.
- The return or exchange is not possible:
- If the product was madified either by the client or by Rideoo store based on the client's request.
- If the product was used.
- If the product is in worse condition that bought.
- If the application was received by Rideoo later than 14 days from purchase date.
