Order Policy
DEPOSIT. Upon receipt of your order form, DiamondBelle's will provide you with a quote for the cost of your order. This quote will not include any additional design fees or shipping rates. All single orders will require a nonrefundable security deposit equal to 50% of the total order cost before services are rendered. All group orders will require a nonrefundable security deposit equal to 20% of the total order cost before services are rendered. Security deposits will be applied to the total cost of the order. Orders will not be processed until a security deposit has been rendered.

DESIGN. DiamondBelle's will provide each customer with 2 design options based on the information provided in the Design Details section of this form. Any additional design changes will incur a $10 service fee.

DESIGN PROOFING. The final draft of the design will be emailed to each customer for approval prior to printing production. Once a customer approves the design, the product will be printed as is. No additional changes can be made to the design after the final approval. It is the customer's responsibility to proofread all spelling and design elements during the proof approval. DiamondBelle's will assume no responsibility for errors beyond the proof approval.
