Use the following prompts to describe in detail each project you would like help on. Make sure you list them in the order that you would like help with. Include the objective of each project as well (i.e., awareness, fundraising, recruitment, etc.). Examples of work we have produced in the past include logos, letterhead packages, PR, direct mail, marketing plans, brochures, and posters. SFW will then meet with you prior to CreateAthon to discuss which ONE of the two projects you would like worked on.

*Designates printing ability. Printing limited to 1,000 total pieces per client. **Your artist will design up to 3 logo concepts for you to choose one of. You will then work with them to finalize it. If a board needs to review please have them available that day. Any other work could be put on hold if it needs the logo incorporated. And all work must be designed before the event is over.

Work for this project will be done by SFW staff between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8:00p.m. on Thursday, October 29th, 2020. Your organization will make available one individual during that time period that SFW staff can contact for further clarification on the project. Your organization's contact person will meet with SFW staff prior to CreateAthon to provide additional background on your organization and projects selected. As well as be available throughout the day on Thursday,October 29th, 2020 until 8:00 p.m. SFW will provide final proofs for your review throughout the day on Thursday, October 29th, 2020. We will be available for contact throughout the 12 hour period on Thursday, October 29th, 2020 until the project is complete. We will reply within two hours of receiving each proof throughout the 12 hour period, with a maximum of three proofs. We understand there will be no additional work by SFW for this project beyond the terms outlined above. We understand that all work completed is the property of SFW and any third parties that contribute to the project such as photographers, illustrators, etc.
