2). All client’s personal information will be strictly disclosed for related parties only along with the client’s approval.
3). All clients need to ensure their passport is still valid for at least 7 months after departure date.
4). All clients are compulsory to bring their own Vaccination Book/Card/Certificate (QR Code, Online & Printed), Health Declaration and other COVID Travel Document as a proof of vaccination and healthy/recovery before traveling.

CANCELLATION & NONREFUNDABLE FEE
1). Down payment (€350) is nonrefundable if client cancel the departure.
2). Down payment + 25% travel fares are nonrefundable on cancellation within 90 days before departure date.
3). Down payment + 50% travel fares are nonrefundable on cancellation within 60 days before departure date.
4). 100% travel fares is nonrefundable on cancellation within 45 days before departure date.

1). All clients must have been vaccinated with the type of vaccine that has been approved by the destination country of departure.
2). Tourist tax is included on the tour package fee.
3). Room and Roommate is strictly unchangeable without prior notice to Tour Leader.
4). Aquila Center will not be taking responsibility under circumstances as such indirect, incidental and consequential, special or exemplary damage and loss that caused and owned by participant.
5). It is advisable to contribute in any voluntary contribution for Spiritual Leader.
6). It is to be informed that any changes regarding tour programs may potentially occur under force circumstances such as poor weather, unexpected events and other things beyond human capability.
7). Aquila Center has the right to make any changes within this terms and condition from timely manner.
DEPARTURE REGULATIONS
1). All clients are required to attend meetings which will be held prior to the departure. If the client has accepted the invitation and is not present at the meeting, then we assume the client has agreed and understood all existing regulations.
2). All clients are required to take vitamins a month or min. 2 weeks before departure and during trip regularly. The recommended vitamins are Multivitamins, Vitamin C1000 and Vitamin D. Clients that also has personal medication are encourage to consume their own medication accordingly.
3). All clients are welcome to bring their personal medicines including the vitamins that will be consumed during the trip.
4). On the day of departure, all clients are required to arrive on time.
5). On the day of departure, all clients are required to arrive min. 3 hours before the departure time to prevent lateness and miss flight. If any client who are left behind it is not Aquila Center’s responsibility.
6). If something unexpected happens at the destinations such as: Health Problems, Infectious Diseases, COVID-19 or other things, our agent will be helping out to assist and tour will continue as usual based to the existing schedule.
